I would really appreciate help. I have an infestation of tiny black fly in my bungalow. There are pin head sized black dots everywhere, which appear to have wings under magnification. They are biting me and infesting my dog. Nothing kills them even Frontline Spray. I'm constantly combing them out of him with a nit comb. I've found what look like white eggs on him and around the bungalow too. I'm in the middle of housing estate, no running or standing water anywhere. They are also on my lawn, patio and front drive area which is just stones. Can anyone advise me what they are and how to get rid of them inside and outside please? I'm becoming desperate. Thank you.

Julie B. I don't recognise anything from your description. Is the size closer to pin-head or match-head? I don't suppose you could post a photo with a pin head nearby for comparison.

I'm afraid I don't know how to post a photo. If you let me know I'll post what I have. Thank you
