Sprinkler breakdown

I live in Bakersfield, CA. Two yrs ago we had a broken sprinkler in the flower bed that turned into standing water 24/7. Shiny black gnats appeared and ended up infesting our carpeting, I could raise the seams of the carpet and see thousands, when I vacuumed every day they swarmed my face, ears, eyes, mouth, head and chest, leaving a raised itchy red spot. They covered the surface of the swimming pool. They would come out and fly at night, so bad my dog and I had to go under the covers. About 5 am they would quiet down.i would pass a mirror and look to see where they landed and it was always the back of my head. Eventually I cut the carpet out and carried it outside. When the dirt dried it was full of little yellow round eggs. I have been sick ever since. I think I am an accidental host. I have holes in my scalp that when covered with Vaseline the holes keep unclogging themselves. I have had everything from white grubs, brown worms, black worms, clear worms, blue speckled worms, and now a whitish pink mass that is very strong, can be translucent, can seep up the drains and turns dark dark blue. My ears have lumps with white bugs with long legs. My head has round little shiny circles falling from it, all over the house. It is in all my drains and can push up the center drain cover in the sink. They don't die. I have tried everything. I am convinced it is in my body as my skin will turn dark blue when I feel the thing come out in my skin. Anything sound familiar please let me know.
